This property offers a spacious layout and a good view from the balcony. We also found the host to be flexible (when we needed to add a couple of extra guests to our reservation, they were able to accommodate) However, there were a few areas that fell slightly short - 1) cleanliness and 2) amenities. The balcony was barely usable when we arrived (dirty seating, many cobwebs, non functional string lights), the dining chairs indoors looked as though they had not been vacuumed in quite some time, and some of the kitchen dishes were also gathering dust as if unused for a long time. Additionally, we felt the unit was understocked. There was no hand soap in the second bathroom, toiletries were only provided in one of the two bathrooms , and there were just three coffee pods for use for the entire stay. Overall, we found it to be a good space with an accommodating host, but felt that it requires much more attention to cleaning and can do better on stocking basic amenities

If you want a quiet, peaceful, and gorgeous view of the mountains, this condo is perfect! Only 15 minutes into Gatlinburg, we felt like we had the best of both worlds. Very spacious as well! We also appreciated the covered parking deck.

We had a great weekend! The location was very peaceful and the view was AMAZING! Side perk, we got to see a bear! Jessica was a great host! We would definitely stay there again!

Positive: The property was fantastic. It was stocked and comfortable. It was very spacious and it accommodated my family well. Everything was updated and we also had games and a ping pong table! Negative: There were a lot of stink bugs. We would get one out and we would find 2 more just crawling in the house. There are also no lights at night. We went to the Gatlinburg strip and when we came back to the condo we couldn’t see a thing walking up the steps.

Jessica’s property was exactly as described and shown in photos! Beautiful mountains as our views why there. Everything was clean and in working order. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Easy access to the fifth floor and awesome covered parking area. We had fun playing the games offered in the kids bedroom closet. We would def stay here again!

A beautiful place

The place was immaculate with wide open spaces…and the view! Amazing. Initial trouble locating it as it’s hidden around a bend and trees. Appreciate the covered parking and household amenities; toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner and extra bedding. We did have a couple unexpected early morning wake up “calls” like garbage trucks at 6 am and a large truck backing up at 5 am but otherwise was quiet and serene. We didn’t see a ton of other guests onsite or driving to and from on the narrow roads. Easy to dispose of trash and clean up at check out. Jessica sent messages with how tos and local activities that could be of interest which was helpful.

This property was just as advertised. It was clean and had great views. Felt safe the whole time we were there even though we were just about the only people in the whole building. It's pretty close to downtown Gatlinburg as well. Jessica provided us with local recommendations which we took up. They were all great. Food, hiking, things to do, she provided a lot of information which was very nice. I would probably stay closer to town next time but this is great for those who want that off the grid feeling while still being close to town.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and spacious, which made it perfect for our family of six. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

This condo was great. It felt very roomy and comfortable for our family of 5. We loved the big sectional and the small fold out ping pong table. The view was beautiful. Overall, a great stay.

This place looks just like the photos with a breathtaking view! It is close enough to town you can get there easily and quick but far enough to enjoy the peacefulness of the mountains! The host was so nice and had very clear and detailed instructions! There were 7 of us and it was so roomy!! Overall I would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay will be back! Positive: Close to everything while still being private and quiet. Property was clean and had everything we needed. They even had a cute Christmas tree in the living room which the kids loved. Beds were comfortable and they gave us a list of things to do and see while there. Definitely recommend! Negative: As far as anything we didn’t like there wasn’t much I guess I would say the master bedroom closet light was out and it would have been nice if the lights on the outdoor balcony would of worked but otherwise it was great. The elevator seems a bit iffy sometimes but I would still stay here definitely worth it and can’t beat the price.

My family enjoyed staying at this property. Great location, far enough off the main road to be peaceful and quiet but still close enough to drive to everything in downtown Gatlinburg. Condo was super clean and exactly as described in the listing. Loved watching all the bears from the balcony. Will book again in the future.

Overall, a good stay and great value for money. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked, and the bathrooms were tidy, though the toilet seat was broken. The place could have been cleaned better - especially the living room sofa. Location was a bit hard to find at night due to steep, sharp turns. With a few fixes, this would be an excellent stay.

If you’re looking for cleanliness, comfort and separation from occupied restroom this isn’t for you! Positive: I liked the isolation of a separate balcony and the separation from other occupants staying at the property. Negative: There was only one extremely firm mattress on the bed. This exacerbated back issues. No door in place to separate primary bedroom, closet and bathroom. Lots of long brown hair on kitchen chairs.

Beautiful condo, nestled at the edge of a forest. The condo is spacious and has great light with many windows. The balcony looks out to Mt Le Conte. The kitchen is well equipped with essentials. The king bed in the master bedroom is comfortable and both the bathrooms are nice and clean. Getting to the condo from the main road is a bit tricky. The road is winding, with sharp turns. The bldg. is a bit secluded esp. when driving at night. Once inside, parking is easy and the elevator is helpful to get to the 5th floor. The hosts were responsive and the place was neat and tidy. We enjoyed our stay and would def. recommend it!

This condo was exactly what was described. You can be in the heart of Gatlinburg in about 15 minutes but have a very private and quiet oasis to enjoy the beauty of the Smokies. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, affordable and convenient place. Positive: The condo was close to everything in Pigeon forge and only 20 minutes from Gatlinburg. It was enough space for small children and adults. The view was beautiful. I would definitely recommend and book again!

Great stay- Easy Access- Affordable and CLEAN for the most part 😛 Positive: The location was good. Not too far from where everything was. Very spacious plus they left games for us to play. That was really great! Clean and the fireplace was a fantastic plus with the balcony. So beautiful. Negative: The only issue that we had was something that they couldn't help and something that they could. Couldn't help the amount of Ladybugs that were there. Once we warmed the place up a bit, they were all over the place but mainly by the balcony door. The showers did not work properly. The water trinkled out but I'm sure that they will correct this issue as we brought it to their attention.

What a wonderful place! The condo looks exactly like the pictures and had a ton of space. The beds, furniture, and amenities were just what we were looking for. The back balcony overlooks the woods/mountains and the views from all windows go on for days; it’s spectacular! Jessica was a very responsive and kind host. We will definitely recommend her place to our friends and family, and we will definitely return for another stay. Even though the condo isn’t on the main drag, it’s still close enough to drive (or park and use the free trolley) to everything Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge has to offer.

The place was in a good location, the condo was clean, I felt at home, it was quiet and I rested a lot. Jessica was very attentive and helpful, she always answered me and helped me with everything. Without thinking twice, I would return to this wonderful place.

We had a nice stay. A little difficult to find but we called Jessica to help navigate. We had an issue with the door lock but, again, Jessica was very responsive and the issue was resolved. Lastly, my son left his iPad and they were kind enough to send it back. We’d stay again!

Great place

Great location and layout.

It was really good location! Grocery store, gas station, McDonald’s super close! Downtown Gatlinburg was also just a few minutes drive which was so fun to walk around. The entrance to the national park is within minutes; quite a few popular hiking trails within the park were within half hour or so. We really enjoyed coming back from our hikes to a very clean, quiet, and comfortable place! Love the view from the 5th floor!!

The condo was beautiful and spacious! We loved it! Wished we had more time. Not far from downtown. Just a short drive, which was great for us. Jessica answered all my questions quickly and was always very polite and easy to deal with! Will definitely stay here again if ever in the area again 😊
