Jessica was a great host. She gave us lots of information before we even arrived. The cabin was peaceful and cozy and exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon.

This was a really cute place, had everything we needed. The hot tub was marvelous , with a beautiful wooded view. Easy to get to, plenty of parking.

My husband & I needed a nice little get-away trip. This charming cabin fit exactly what we were looking for. King size bed & bath in loft. Bed was soooo comfy…we both slept well. Awaking well rested in the mountains was a nice, beautiful, enjoyable get-away for sure!! Just what we needed. The large hot tub on the back screened in porch was full, running, & waiting for us. Really relaxing & great place to enjoy the outdoors & hang together❣️🥰

I had difficulty getting into the cabin but it was my own lack of understanding technology! I reached out to Jessica and she was immediately responsive, kind and explained precisely what I needed to do! I don’t think I’ve ever had a host so available! The cabin was as pictured and cozy. We loved staying there.

It was a great place to stay. Some items are dated and need a little more upkeep, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Had a great weekend at Burnin Love! Very easy access, felt right at home, and our dog loved it too!! The bed is SO comfortable, my boyfriend was trying to see what kind of mattress it was when we were leaving🤣 So much to do close by but also the perfect distance from Gatlinburg!

Needs some maintenance, but overall it was a good stay.

Everything was perfect and felt exactly at home. My dog loved it too. Will definitely try to rent this place first next time I'm up there it was amazing.

This little cabin was so cozy! My husband and I stayed here during February. It was cold, snowy, and even rainy some days but we loved it! Still lots to do in the surrounding areas and a nice place to come back to and just relax. The hot tub during these days was just amazing! Unfortunately we did find a few dishes put away dirty but other than that we loved our stay. Even got to bring our dog with us and she loved it too! Would definitely recommend, a nice, romantic, and cozy cabin that’s an ideal vacation spot year round!

We had an amazing stay at the Burnin’ Love cabin! It was perfect for a couple’s getaway—cozy, private, and relaxing. Everything was clean and well kept, and it truly felt like a romantic escape. We would absolutely stay here again.

Cabin was exactly as described. Everything was clean up to date and easy to use. We had a little trouble finding the place after dark, but GPS sent us in a weird direction. Once we got the hang of it in the daylight, we found it easily!

My husband and I stayee 12/14-12/17/2025. We enjoyed the cabin. It's perfect for a couple and our fur baby! The cabin upon walk in was very welcoming with a cute cozy feeling with lots of space. I would highly recommend this cabin! The response I recieved from Jessica the host was top notch with 100% outstanding customer service!!! I hope families enjoy this little cabin as much as we did!!

It was amazing! Went for birthday /50th anniversary.Hostess was very nice! Maintenance staff was great,we left having made friends to remember.Would highly recommend to anyone and we do plan to return at some point.Our cabin was perfect for us and our two fur babies.

We enjoyed the cabin very much. The location was nice. I enjoyed the hot tub being enclosed. I loved the homemade/safer cleaning products left for renters. The decor was super cute! The fireman theme throughout was wonderful. Overall a great anniversary weekend! One of the most comfortable beds I've ever had at a cabin!

Firefighters haven! I saw this cabin and when I read retired firefighters cabin I knew this was for us. I surprised my husband. I cannot say enough about this place. It was super clean, cozy. Decorated for Christ which is my favourite season! And the decor is super cute. Loved the pictures and the firefighter decor. We felt right at home. Cozy living room to relax with a fireplace. The bedroom is a loft bedroom, loved the catwalk to bedroom. Hot tub is private overlooking trees. Easy to find even in the dark and not difficult in the snow which we encountered. We will definitely be back and send our friends. 10 min from pigeon Forge and The island.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here for our anniversary and it was amazing. Very nice inside and out. We will definitely come back, only thing I can complain about is the dogs at other locations near by barking, other then that amazing place.

It felt very cozy and a good size for our honeymoon. We loved the firefighter theme. Was a little disappointed with the bath water pressure but other than that I’d recommend to anyone! 😊

Great stay. The Christmas decorations were a bit much and made the space feel cluttered. None of the candle lights worked and made the atmosphere feel worse. The place was also very dusty.

The home was very nice and relaxing. Weather it be in one of the two hot tubs or outside by the fire. It was nice and quiet. Close to anything you want to do. Jessica was an amazing host and very attentive.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for two nights, and while the place itself was cozy, it was not worth the money given the issues we encountered. The hot tub had iron scum buildup from the well water, was clearly not treated before our stay, and only half of the jets were working. The listing also stated that laundry pods would be provided, but none were available. Finally, the water heater is far too small to accommodate the upstairs jacuzzi tub — the hot water runs out before the tub even fills to the jets. These problems caused a lot of disappointment and should be addressed immediately.

We rented this cabin with the intention of bringing our dogs. We decided to leave them home. The cabin was nice, clean, and comfortable, and would have been great for the dogs. The house number is completely hidden by a large bush which made it hard to see and caused us some difficulty in finding the cabin. Everything you need is supplied inside. If you are looking for peace and quiet this might not be the cabin for you. The neighbors were loud and partying into the night. There were 2 dogs in different locations that barked all the time. The cabin is on a busy road at the end of a T intersection and there is lots of traffic. The hot tub was refreshing and clean. Having an outside fire pit was nice we enjoyed a fire. The host was spectacular very friendly, attentive, and available. We had a great time and other than the noise the cabin was perfect.

This cabin was awesome and Jessica was so sweet! The only thing we wished was that there were a couple more laundry detergent pods left, since we stayed a week and were very active so had a few loads of laundry to do. Otherwise everything was perfect and could not have been better !
