The cabin was extremely clean and very comfortable! Had all the amenities mentioned. The cabin is located close to all the popular spots and restaurants.

Great location not too far up in the mountains, very clean, very homey, great communication and very informative. Very large space to entertain the family great setup in the house. Highly recommend.

This cabin was exactly what we needed! So cute, cozy and comfortable! The hot tub and pool access were a bonus! Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.

Had a fantastic 5-night stay at Jessica’s cabin. It is very well-located, extremely clean and well equipped/furnished. We really enjoyed its peaceful location but also being just a few minutes from all the action in Pigeon Forge. Jessica did a wonderful job with communication and everything was perfect! Would very highly recommend this property and likely her others as well!

I was so sad to leave the cabin. My family had a great time. It was the perfect place to call home while we were in Tennessee. Minutes away from parkway strip and all the restaurants. Also didn’t have an issue getting a Lyft or DoorDash. Love this place and I’ll remember this vacation forever!

After my first Airbnb was cancelled literally 4 hrs before check-in I found Jessicas Airbnb listing and she was so quick to respond (literally a life saver), and this was during the winter storm warning. The moment we walked in to the moment we left everything was perfect, it was warm and cozy. There were extra comfy blankets that we used to go outside and sit at the back porch and just enjoy the cool winter air. I would definitely book again but hopefully this time during summer or fall.

This place was GREAT! The house was amazing and Jessica was super responsive with the one issue we had. (battery in the digital door died) Jessica had us in the house in seconds. Could not recommend this place more.

We enjoyed staying at Jessica’s place! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s so beautiful in person sits right on a hill. We liked that we were away from the traffic. It was clean and had plenty of space! Restaurants and the outlet mall was only 10-15 minutes away. We would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to TN for the Ripken Baseball Tournament and wanted to enjoy our family vacation to the fullest without being in the center of pigeon forge. Staying in this cabin was the perfect solution. The basement had air hockey and a pool table where we enjoyed family pool tournaments. My kids had a blast!! The cabin was so spacious and open, we never felt on top of each other. We cooked full meals and had everything we needed in the kitchen. we ate outside at the picnic table, most nights. I enjoyed the porch views, rocking chairs, and windchimes while I drank my coffee, each morning. If you like a good, Intense walk, the mountains were epic. You can walk down the hill in the backyard and you're right at the pool, which we really enjoyed. Can't say enough great things about our stay at Bear Arms Cabin!

Overall we had a good stay. The cabin matches the description and photos. Pros- It's in a lovely neighborhood and is convenient while being far enough off the parkway to be peaceful. The wrap around porch was beautiful and a nice place to sit for coffee or breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances look new. The cabin was very clean. There is a gas grill on the basement level which was a plus for us! The cabin felt spacious. Our daughter loved the upstairs bedroom and loft. The included washer and dryer made packing up a breeze. Cons - The master bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. The kitchen cabinets could use a declutter/reorganizing. (That said, there are PLENTY of dishes to choose from for cooking.) The hot tub is nice but is on the basement level with no bathroom access, also the cover is not on a lifter and is a bit difficult to maneuver on and off. All in all we had a good stay and would recommend this cabin.

Our family of 5 stayed here for our first trip ever to Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. It was a great cabin,and our children loved the space! Not to mention- one of, if not the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. The game room was a hit with the air hockey and pool tables. The hot tub was nice and relaxing. The cabin was far enough from the main strip that you get the whole experience being out in the woods, but just a few minutes from all of the fun of Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. Overall, it was a great experience and we are planning to come back in the future!

We loved staying at Jessica’s place! Very peaceful and not far from town at all! Nice place to rest after a long day out and about. We would definitely stay here again! Also, my four year old loved all the cute bear decor! 🙂

Clean cabin with great views. Great rocking chairs on the porch for morning coffee. The area is quiet and pleasant. This is my second stay with the host. I stayed at another one of her cabins in July and had a great experience.

The cabin is beautifully maintained, with charming decor and all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I loved having my morning coffee on the porch . The location was great. It was the ideal balance of seclusion and convenience—close enough to local shops and attractions, but far enough away to feel like you’re in your own little world. The host was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Our kids loved the gaming room. I sure recommend staying here.

Jessica was super flexible with us as we requested an early check in coming from a long drive. She responded promptly even when we had little service and made the process as smooth as possible!

This cabin was a neat place to stay. It was perfect for my little family. The cabin had everything we wanted from a game room to a hot tub and even a small private lake for fishing around the corner. Check in was super easy and Jessica always got back with us almost immediately if we had questions. We will definitely be back.

Me & my family stayed a week in Jessica’s cabin. It was exactly like she described! Everything was clean, if we had a question or needed something the response was fast. The game room and hot tub were amazing & clean! Would definitely stay again, and only a few mins from town.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cabin with our family (my husband and two boys). The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet just minutes from Pigeon Forge, super convenient for day trips and attractions. The cabin was beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There was so much bonus space, especially with the basement, which gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit for all of us, but the real favorite was the air hockey table. It led to so many fun family competitions and great memories! Our host was incredibly sweet and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a welcoming and comfortable space. We’d absolutely love to come back and would recommend this cabin to any family looking for a fun and relaxing Smoky Mountain getaway!

Nice place but we were mislead about the pool Positive: It was clean and very nice Negative: It was stated that this house had a private pool but did not. The owner only wanted to argue that there was no claim about a private pool

We checked in on Thanksgiving and had a heating problem and the maintenance man was on our doorstep within minutes of us reporting it. He was friendly and personable. He made us feel comfortable and even had our kids laughing. He couldn't get the issue fixed that night so he brought us a portable heater. The next day he had an H-vac technician out and they had the issue fixed. I highly recommend this cabin to any and everyone. Honestly having the maintenance issue made our trip more enjoyable, because of how amazing the maintenance man was.

We enjoyed our stay at Jessica's place! It was just the right distance from the downtown scene. Just a quick drive and we could be downtown having fun just about anywhere! Our kids enjoyed the basement and all of the fun things it had to offer. All of us enjoyed the hot tub and nearby pool as well. We had a couple of minor issues while there and Jessica was quick to send someone to get those things taken care of. Overall, we had a great stay and would stay at this Airbnb again.

This place was beautiful and had everything we needed to host our family's first trip to Pigeon Forge. It was spotless and exactly as described. The location is perfect for those who want the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at night, along with easy access to all the activities in the Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge area. Our only concern was that the GPS directions initially made it difficult to locate the cabin, taking us through steep, narrow roads. However, we eventually found a much easier route using Highway 321 to Goose Gap Road, which made the drive significantly more comfortable. The hot tub and game room kept the kids entertained, so we never felt pressured to go out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!"

This cabin was amazing. we had loads of fun staying there. we played pool, watched TV, sat on the swings, and used the hot tub. We had a lot of fun and would definitely rent this cabin again.

We had an amazing time here. We went for the summer Ripken Experience and it was nice to have a pool to cool off in after hours in the sun. The pool was within walking distance to the house which meant we didn’t have to go far. Any concerns we had Jessica was able to assist us with and provided us with information regarding the cabin. There’s so much to do in Pigeon Forge and we plan to return in the future.
